Abstract:
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of milligan-morgan operation combined with intraocular continuous suture for the treatment of annular mixed hemorrhoids. Methods A total of 162 patients with annular mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into treatment group and control group (n = 81). The patients in treatment group were treated with milligan-morgan operation combined with intraocular continuous suture, and the patients in control group were treated with milligan-morgan operation. The complications and efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results The overall effective rate was 96 % in the treatment group and 87% in the control group, with a signi?cant difference (P<0.05). There were statistical differences in postoperative pain, anal edema, urinary retention, and hospitalization time. The treatment group was superior to the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Milligan-morgan operation combined with intraocular continuous suture can heal faster, and the perianal scar is small, which can effectively reduce postoperative complications, and the operation is safe and feasible.
