Analysis on Effect of Family-Centered Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Nursing on Children with Anal Fistula

Abstract:
Objective To analyze the effect of family-centered integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing intervention on children with anal fistula. Methods Seventy children with anal fistula undergoing surgical treatment in our hospital during March 2017 to December 2018 were selected as research objects, and divided into control group and experimental group (n=35) based on random number table method. and the patients in control group were treated with normal nursing intervention, the patients in observation group were treated with the family-oriented integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing complications, and the sense of disease uncertainty and family satisfaction of children with anal fistula in two groups were compared. Results The incidence of complications and sense of disease uncertainty of family member in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, and the family satisfaction of the children was higher than that in the control group, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of family-centered integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications in children with anal fistula, reduce the illness uncertainty sense of family member and improve family satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
