Application of Pain Relieving Nursing Care of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Patients after Ambulatory Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

Abstract:
Objective To explore the application value of pain relieving nursing care of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the patients after ambulatory laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC). Methods Between November 2017 and May 2018, 146 cases of patients undergoing ambulatory LC and pain relieving nursing care of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine (observation group) were compared with contemporary 127 patients who underwent LC and routine nursing group (control group). The clinical data, including numerical rating scale of postoperative pain, number of postoperative using opiates and satisfaction degree of nursing care were retrospectively analyzed. Results In the observation group, postoperative pain score and number of postoperative using opiates were significantly lower than those in the control group, postoperative pain score (2.6+1) was significantly lower than that of the control group (3.8+1.6), and the satisfaction degree of nursing care in the observation group was significantly higher than that of control group. Conclusion Pain relieving nursing care of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the patients after ambulatory LC can reduce the degree of postoperative pain and use of opiates, which improves the postoperative recovery of patients and increases the satisfaction degree of nursing care.
