Experience of Rapid Rehabilitation Nursing for Senilelleus treatsd by Integrative Chinese and Western Medicine

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the clinical nursing effect of the condition observation of elderly patients with intestinal obstruction and the nursing method of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. Methods 1046 patients with intestinal obstruction and 360 elderly patients aged 65 to 75 years were randomly divided into two groups: the control group and the observation group. The control group was given routine nursing program. On the basis of routine nursing program, the observation group was given integrated Chinese and western medicine nursing plan, traditional Chinese medicine Dachengqi Chinese medicine enema, acupoint application, warm moxibustion treatment and so on. The duration of hospitalization, remission time and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results Observation groupThe scores of hospitalization time, remission time, satisfaction of patients and family members were significantly higher than those of the control group (p< 0 . 05 ). Conclusion For elderly patients with intestinal obstruction, the combination of traditional Chinese medicine nursing method and routine nursing plan can effectively relieve clinical symptoms, shorten hospitalization time, improve comfort, improve quality of life and reduce complications. Improve the effect of treatment and improve the satisfaction of patients and their families.
